Data Collection

QR Keep does not collect any data from users. We believe your information should remain private and under your control.

Local Storage Only

All QR codes you scan or create are stored locally on your device using Apple's Core Data framework. This means:

• Your QR codes never leave your device
• We have no access to your scanned content
• No data is uploaded to any servers
• No analytics or tracking is performed
• No third-party services have access to your data

Camera Access

QR Keep requires camera access to scan QR codes. The camera is used exclusively for this purpose and:

• Images are processed in real-time on your device
• No photos or videos are saved
• Camera data is never transmitted or stored

Face ID / Touch ID

If you choose to use biometric authentication (Face ID or Touch ID), this is handled entirely by Apple's secure authentication system. QR Keep does not have access to your biometric data.

Email Communication

When you choose to send feedback or report issues through the app, your device's default email client is used. Any information you choose to share in these emails is sent directly to us and is not collected or processed by the app itself.

No Internet Connection Required

QR Keep works completely offline. An internet connection is only needed if you choose to:

• Open URLs from scanned QR codes
• Send feedback emails
• Rate the app in the App Store

Changes to This Policy

If we make any changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Since the app doesn't collect data, any changes will likely be clarifications or additions to better explain our privacy practices.

Your Rights

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control:

• Delete individual QR codes at any time
• Uninstall the app to remove all data
• Your data is backed up with your device backups (if enabled)
